The Kelson Community Centre is an excellent venue for groups of all kinds, from birthday parties to dance teachers to church and community groups.
The centre’s hire rates are as follows:
Community rate
Monday-Friday $20 per hour
Weekends/Public holidays $25 per hour
Corporate rate
Monday – Friday $25 per hour
Weekends/Public holidays $30 per hour
(All bookings require a bond: standard $40.00, or $250 for functions with alcohol)

Facilities include a food safety certified kitchen, a large, dividable hall space which includes a sound system, heat pump, a separate cozy breakout room with sofas and arm chairs, eight large trestle tables and seventy chairs. There are separate mens and womens toilets. Outside is off-street parking for fifteen vehicles, a sloping lawn, and two playground areas.
We have a BBQ, toys, stereo, projector and bouncy castle available to hire at your event also.
